Work Experience with MacEwan University
I had the opportunity to be in a service design class and work with people from ETS. My group and I collaborated with some of the HR from ETS to reimagine bus stops. The research focused on improving riders' experience with the city transit.
My contributions:
- researched users needs a hosted a co-design sessions with people from ETS
- Helped to design UI elements for the phone "app" and digital screen billboard
- Helped to design signage, apply it as a mockup using photoshop and InDesign
